FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of transmitting electric power from a current source to its consumer, in particular to a current distributor intended for use in electrical engineering and construction. Current distributor comprises tubular conductor 1, around which concentrically and successively from its center there are following layers of insulation: inner semiconducting layer 2 of ethylene vinyl acetate, insulating layer 3 of ethylene-propylene rubber, outer semiconductive layer 4 of ethylene vinyl acetate, layer 5 of epoxy resin, hardened to elasticity and flexibility, in which there is grounding element 6 made in the form of a copper perforated shell, and layer of protective shell 7, wherein all layers and grounding element are connected to each other and compressed by protective shell by forces directed to center of current distributor.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of current distributor design and its reliability improvement.
