FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment. In operating filtration column in contact clarification conditions, Initial water is fed via branch pipe 24 into water chamber 21. Water flows through filtration units 32 into drain chamber 13, wherefrom it is discharged into canalisation. In operating filtration chamber in fast filter conditions, water is fed via branch pipe 17 into box 16. Water flows into filtration column casing 1 and, through holes of web 23, into water chamber 21, wherefrom it is discharged into canalisation. In operating filtration column in filtration unit partial removal conditions, water is fed via branch pipe 24 into water chamber 21. Water flows through filtration units 32. At the same time, water is fed via branch pipe 38 into ejector 37. Formed suspension in water is sucked by intake branch pipe 34 and discharged into tank 41 to be precipitated. In operating filtration column in filtration unit rinsing conditions, rinsing water is fed via branch pipe into water chamber 21. Water flows through filtration units 32 to get into drain chamber 13, wherefrom it is discharged into canalisation.
EFFECT: simplified operation and servicing, easier testing for single- and two-stage cleaning.
