SUBSTANCE: User Equipment (UE) is configured to receive a measurement configuration for the detection signal, wherein the detection signal includes CRS, PSS, and SSS. The detection may additionally include a channel status information reference signal (CSI-RS) depending on the configuration of the CSI-RS. The measurement configuration can include at least one set of configuration elements. The UE performs the measurement for the detection signals based on the received configuration. In addition, the UE receives the configuration of the channel status information reference signals (CSI-RS) including at least one set of CSI-RS configuration elements used for zero power CSI-RS, wherein the CSI-RS configuration includes, at least, one set of CSI-RS configuration elements. Each set of CSI-RS configuration elements includes CSI-RS interval information and CSI-RS offset information.
