SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication in a LAA-LTE system. Method of receiving data includes: determining, by means of a user equipment, control information of the first cell; determining, by the user equipment, the first subframe based on the control information and determining, by the user equipment, the cell data transmission characteristics in the first subframe based on the predetermined condition so as to receive, based on the data transmission characteristic, data including the first subframe.
EFFECT: possibility of correctly identifying a reference signal, such as DRS, due to the fact that the data transmission characteristic of the base station or terminal is standardized.
