SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, diagnosis and treatment of the primary lesions that give rise to a chronic condition or incorrect structure in myofascial units and associated structures in a human patient, for example, in case of injuries, vascular disorders. Method comprises identifying a primary lesion as a myofascial unit within the tensional chain (TC) that is in the most caudal position. Symptoms are selected from the group: muscular pain, fascial pain, inflammation, limitation of the joint articulation movement, and stenosis in the vascular or lymphatic systems. Potential myofascial TCs can be selected from the group consisting of Right Medial TC (RMTC), Left Medial TC (LMTC), Right Lateral TC (RLTC), Left Lateral TC (LLTC), Right Anterior TC (RATC), Left Anterior TC (LATC), Right Posterior TC (RPTC), Left Posterior TC (LPTC), Transverse Spatulate TC (TSTC), each of which contains a specific sequence of anatomical structures listed in the claims. Treatment is carried out by application of a variable vacuum stimulus in the form of vacuum pulses, each of which is included in the series and has a trapezoidal shape, to the primary lesion area.

EFFECT: inventions provide an adequate assessment of the type and extent of the lesion and its adequate treatment, respectively.
