FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: hybrid induction electric motor includes an inductive rotor and an independent rotor based on permanent magnets. The inductive rotor is a "squirrel cage" type rotor for operation in the asynchronous motor mode at start-up. The permanent magnet rotor is biased radially or axially and has an adaptive connection with the inductive rotor through the coupling. As the inductive rotor rpm rises to a synchronous value or the number of rotations per minute of an inductive rotor of synchronous value is achieved, the connection between the inductive rotor and the rotor made on the basis of permanent magnets increases until the two rotors are connected at a synchronous value of rotations per minute, and the electric motor does not go into the synchronous motor operation mode.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency.
