FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hybrid asynchronous electric engine 10 contains fixed stator 16, independently rotating external rotor 20 and internal rotor 30 fixed to shaft 14 of electric engine. External rotor 20 is made with the possibility to create a low inertia moment, and it contains first rods 26a, 26b located at angular intervals and permanent magnets 22 located on the inner surface of external rotor 20. Internal rotor 30 contains second rods 32a and 32b located at angular intervals and internal flow barriers 38 aligned with second rods 32a and 32b. External rotor 20 is first accelerated by the interaction of rotating magnetic field of the stator with the first rods. As external rotor 20 is accelerated to synchronous rotational speed, rotating magnetic field of the stator interacts with the second rods of internal rotor 30 to accelerate internal rotor 30. At an essentially synchronous rotational speed, rotating magnetic field of the stator passes through external rotor 20 to internal rotor 30, connecting these two rotors 20, 30 for the efficient operation of permanent magnets.
