SUBSTANCE: system (12) of the flux measuring on basis of differential pressure comprises the pressure sensor (28), which is linked to the measuring instrument (34) scheme. The extended probing device (20) is capable of the insertion into the pipeline (18), which transfers the flux of the process fluid medium. The extended probing device, which is linked to the pressure sensor, has the cross-section in "T" form with the part, which is located upstream at the top of "T" and is generally perpendicular to the flux, and to the rear part, which lies in the direction, which is generally perpendicular to the flux. The system (12) of the flux measuring also comprises the upstream located compression chamber in the upstream located probing device part. The chamber has at a minimum one upstream located vent, which is connected to the pressure sensor, for, in so doing, pressure application from above with the stream to the pressure sensor; the downstream located compression chamber in the downstream located probing device part. The chamber has at a minimum one downstream located vent, which is connected to the pressure sensor, for, in so doing, pressure application from the bottom with the stream to the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor (28) measures the pressure difference in the fluid medium flux. The difference is created when fluid medium passing by the probing device (20). The swirling stabiliser (80, 90) is housed nearby the probing device (20) and in the flux of the process fluid medium. The swirling stabiliser (80, 90) is capable of the swirling stabilization in the fluid medium flux nearby the probing device (20).
EFFECT: measurement accuracy increase by means of the low-frequency oscillations swirling stabilization.
