SUBSTANCE: device comprises transducer measuring pressure that has commutator connected with the control circuit. The pressure gauge is connected with the first and second inputs of the pressure transducer. The measuring circuit is connected with the pressure gauge, and controller is connected with the measuring circuit and commutator. The surface for measuring static pressure is located at a distance from the surface for measuring dynamic pressure and provided with at least one opening for transmitting the pressure of the fluid to be measured from the surface for measuring static pressure.
