FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing olefinic hydrocarbons by dehydrating paraffinic hydrocarbons in a fluidized bed of powdered aluminum-chromium catalyst circulating in a reactor-regenerator system, including the evaporation of paraffin-containing raw materials consisting of a mixture of fresh and recycled paraffin hydrocarbon streams, heating the resulting vapors due to the heat of contact gas in the quenching coil of the reactor and their further overheating in the furnace followed by dehydrogenation, which also includes cooling the dehydrogenation contact gas in the recovery boiler to produce water vapor due to evaporation of water condensate, as well as in bubbling washer, compression of cooled contact gas, condensation and recovery of resulting olefinic hydrocarbons and unreacted paraffinic hydrocarbons. Method is characterized by the fact that the raw material vapors are heated in heat exchanger (4) installed on the contact gas line after waste-heat boiler (23) to a temperature of 150–170 °C, then in quenching coil (26) of reactor (9) to a temperature of 195–215 °C and then overheated in furnace (21) to a temperature of 500–570 °C, temperature of the contact gas at the inlet to scrubber (17) is reduced to 155–185 °C, and dehydrogenation is carried out at a volumetric feed rate of 120–200 hours-1 and at a temperature of 530–600 °C.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve the energy balance of the processes of dehydrogenation of paraffin hydrocarbons, more efficiently use the heat of contact gas and increase the yield of olefinic hydrocarbons.
