SUBSTANCE: geotextile mesh is described, comprising reinforcing fibres assembled into parallel cords forming strips (101, 103, 105) oriented in at least two directions, said strips being separated by intervals of at least 15 millimetres, said strips have the same or different width from 10 to 200 millimetres. In addition, the strips (106) with the largest width exceeding 60 millimetres are located at the mesh edges.
