FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multilayered insulation coating comprises a primer layer, an inner mastic layer based on bitumen-polymer mastic, and a protective wrapper with an outer surface based on extruded polymer tape, arranged in series with respect to the outer pipeline surface. While implementing the method, electrically conductive polymeric tape with a filler based on carbon black in an amount of 20 to 40 wt % and with a specific volume electrical resistance of the tape up to 1⋅105 Ohm⋅m is used.
EFFECT: multilayer insulating coating for pipelines has a high efficiency of corrosion protection regardless of its destruction, accompanied by peeling, blistering and cracks in the insulation coating system.
