FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and repair of underground metal structures to protect them from electrochemical corrosion under cathodic polarization conditions. Method of anticorrosive protection consists in cathodic polarization from an external DC power source of the structure with an insulating coating formed on it in the form of adhesively co-operating layers based on the primer. As a mastic base, bitumen-polymeric mastics with ion-exchange particles are used with a particle size of not more than 50 mcm and intercalated with Mg2+ or Ni2+, which form ion-exchange processes in alkaline electrolyte solution, under cathodic polarization, insoluble hydroxides of these metals. Bitumen-polymer mastic has the following composition of components, mass %: bitumen BND-60/90 – 0÷30; bitumen BN-70/30 – 35÷85; thermoplastic elastomer – 4÷7; petroleum resin – 2÷10; polybutadiene low molecular weight rubber – 5÷10; plasticizer – 2÷10; dispersed powder of ion exchanger with the dimension of fractions 5÷50 mcm with an ionic group in Mg2+ or Ni2+-form – 4÷15.
EFFECT: way of anticorrosion protection is proposed.
