FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: high-voltage junction into the contaminated zone through the metal wall of the protective structure contains a metal housing (1) tightly installed in the wall, in the axial hole of which an insulator is tightly fixed, located between two insulating elements (2), through which an electrical conductor passes, partially sealed in the insulator. The insulator is made glass-ceramic in the form of a glass-tablet (3) with ceramic sleeves (4) embedded in it from both sides, conjugated with insulating elements, wherein the housing is made of stainless steel, and the electrical conductor is made of Kovar (5). From the outer ends, both insulating elements are sealed to the housing by means of movable nuts; on the landing surface of the housing, grooves are provided for installing sealing rings in them, and the materials of the housing, insulator and conductor are matched to the coefficient of linear thermal expansion.
EFFECT: reducing labour intensity in manufacturing, cheapening cost while maintaining tightness, shock resistance and electrical properties.
