FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering, namely to manufacturing (high-voltage) inputs of electric conductors in the contaminated zone, in particular, into the internal space of the sealed explosion-proof container. High-voltage transition into the contaminated zone through the metal wall of the protective structure comprises a metal housing sealed in the wall and having two insulating elements arranged therein, between which there is a ceramic insulator installed in housing with gap filled with glass-melt, and an electrical conductor which passes through insulating elements and is sealed with glass in an insulator. On the outer butt-ends the both insulation elements are consolidated to the body with the help of movable nuts. Grooves are made on the body seat surface for installation of sealing rings into them.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of transition with high degree of tightness.
