SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a positioning device for bird delivery and methods for bird delivery with using this device. The positioning device for bird delivery contains a frame; a chest support bracket projecting from the frame; a chest support in the form of a saddle, functionally connected to the chest support bracket and configured to provide support for the bird's chest. The chest support is oriented in such a way that the bird's head is lowered down and extended forward. A wing holder operatively connected to the frame above the chest support and configured to receive and hold the bird's wings in a substantially straight, upright position; a pair of leg support elements functionally connected to the frame and configured to ensure the support and spreading of the bird's legs; and a pair of leg holders operatively connected to the frame and located opposite the chest support relative to the wing holder, and configured to receive and hold the bird's legs.

EFFECT: reliably fixing a bird in a certain position, for example during vaccination.
