SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceutics and veterinary medicine, namely to a vaccine for prevention of infectious diseases in birds, containing an antigen component and an adjuvant component, where the adjuvant component contains immune-stimulating oligonucleotide CpG and oil-in-water emulsion, where the antigen component contains infectious bursitis disease (hereinafter – IBD) antigen present in the amount of 10^7.5-10⁸ TCID₅₀ per a dose, where the adjuvant component essentially consists of immune-stimulating oligonucleotide, oil, and one or several emulsifiers, where immune-stimulating oligonucleotide is P class of immune-stimulating oligonucleotide, and oil is non-metabolizable oil.

EFFECT: earlier immunity appearance, lower dose of IBD antigen in a vaccine, and release of a vaccine volume for addition of other antigens.
