FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes hydrodynamic cleaning of the equipment surfaces. Rotating water jets are fed to the treated portion of the surface at a pressure of 0.1-0.5 to 270-300 MPa, gradually increasing the pressure from the lowest value to the largest one. In addition, an increase in the water temperature from 1-5 to 70-90°C is performed, and water jets are moved along the treated surface at a speed of 0.1 to 1 m/s.
EFFECT: improvement of sludge separation from the working surface of the equipment, absence of chemical reagents, reduction of labour and cleaning time, increase of sludge collection from aggregates without their damage and improvement of performance characteristics of the equipment being cleaned.
