FIELD: chemical technologies; methods of extraction of sludges containing platinoids from surface of equipment of chemical plants; plants for production of hydroxylamine, nitric and hydrocyanic acids. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes treatment of surfaces with jets liquid at definite interval of its velocity head followed by separation of sludge. Sludge is extracted from surfaces of metal apparatus made from carbon steel or alloyed steel at content of alloying components of 1 to 10%. Treatment is effected with the aid of water; water jet is fed to local section at velocity head ranging from 110 to 260 MPa. At extraction of sludge from surfaces made from commercial titanium or alloyed steels at content of alloying component of 10.1 to 50%, velocity head interval ranges from 35 to 140 Mpa. EFFECT: reduction of corrosion, explosion danger; increased amount of extracted sludge. 6 cl, 1 tbl, 20 ex
