SUBSTANCE: to determine the composition of gases, a mechanical effect is applied to the crystals of cerium, terbium or europium sulfate placed in a working cell, with spectral registration of the resulting light emission of gas mixture components with their subsequent identification. The proposed technical solution due to the simplification of the design, the analysis procedure makes it possible to easily analyze the gas mixture: to determine the qualitative composition of the mixing gases and the quantitative content of hydrocarbon gases in the mixtures.

EFFECT: expansion of the possibilities for analyzing mixtures of multicomponent gases from different sources contained in different ratios.
