METHOD OF INDIVIDUAL PROGNOSIS OF CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF DUAL ANTIPLATELET THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/86

Abstract RU 2639772 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: taking sample of venous blood of the patient on the first day of manifestation of acute coronary syndrome, but no earlier than 60-120 minutes after the start of the dual antiplatelet therapy; stabilizing; defining the functional activity of platelets of patient by impedance agregatometry method; using a combination of platelet aggregation inductors - solution of collagen in the final concentration of 2 mm and ADP solution in the final concentration of 10 mcm, made with a delay in time according to the time of agregatogrammy of maximum amplitude of impedance on the plateau, abscence of significant fluctuations in agregatogrammy less than 1 Ω/30 sec, but not longer than 5 minutes, in conditions of keeping the temperature of 37.0°C and when using the speed of rotation of magnetic stirrers 1200 RPM/ min, with subsequent recording of agregatogrammy and calculation of maximum agregatogrammy amplitude and the total maximum amplitude of agregatogrammy amid using a combination of aggregation inductors, platelet aggregation speed calculated with the moment ADP, estimating in points values obtained for each of these indicators, summing points and assessing the effectiveness of dual antiplatelet therapy. At the sum of points from 0 to 2 inclusive, the performed dual antiplatelet therapy is effective, a low risk of repeated thrombotic events during the year is predicted. With sum of points of 3-4, the therapy is not effective enough, the risk of a repeated acute coronary event is predicted as intermediate.

EFFECT: with sum of points from 5 to 6 inclusive, therapy is ineffective, predicting a high risk of repeated thrombotic events during the year.
