FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and specifically to monitoring efficiency of antiaggregant therapy during treatment of cardio-vascular diseases. Acetalsalicylic acid (ASA) still remains the main anti-thrombotic drug when treating aggravation of coronary heart disease. That said, 4-45% patients are biochemically resistant to its effect. The proposed method for quantitative determination of anti-thrombotic effect of acetalsalicylic acid in vitro is based on measuring parametres of induced thrombocyte aggregation directly in whole blood using an impedance method before and after incubation of samples with acetalsalicylic acid.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity, accuracy, reproducibility, cutting on analysis time.
