SUBSTANCE: filler neck (10) contains a front closing valve (15) for closing the fuel tank and an indicator (18, 19, 22) connected to the front closing valve (15), the front closing valve (15) is installed so that the fuel dispensing tap (20) opens the front closing valve (15) when this tap (20) is completely inserted into the filler neck (10), the front closing valve (15) is spring-loaded so that the front closing valve (15) is automatically closed when the valve (20) is removed from the filler neck (10), and the filler neck (10) is designed so that the indicator (18, 19, 22) indicates if the front closing valve (15) is open or closed.
