FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cone crusher contains a crushing head, a frame, an eccentric having an inner slider bearing surface and an outer slider bearing surface. The inner and outer slider bearings have a diameter and a common axial height determined by the respective axial upper end and an axial lower end. The ratio of the total axial height to diameter ratio is less than 1.0, and greater than 0.15. The inner slider bearing pad has a non-uniform thickness to form a circular-cylindrical inner surface which is eccentric with respect to the circular-cylindrical outer surface. The inner and/or outer slider bearings have a diametrical clearance between the respective inner and opposite slider bearing surfaces and the outer and opposite slider bearing surfaces. The diametric gap is defined as the product of the diameter of corresponding inner and outer slippery surfaces by the relative gap, which is between about 2*10-4 and about 5*10-3.
EFFECT: decreasing the crusher weight.
