FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of crushers. The bearing assembly for the cone crusher (1) contains an internal sliding bearing (30), an eccentric sleeve (10) and an external sliding bearing (40) to support the lower part (5) of the shaft (2) of the crushing head. The internal sliding bearing (30) has a diameter (D1) and an axial height (H1) determined from the upper end (30a) of the internal sliding bearing to the lower end (30b) of the internal sliding bearing. The external sliding bearing (40) has a diameter (D2) and an axial height (H2) determined from the upper end (40a) of the external sliding bearing to the lower end (40b) of the external sliding bearing. The ratio of the axial height of the internal sliding bearing and its diameter (H1/D1) is in the range from 0.95 to 1.20. The ratio of the axial height of the external sliding bearing and its diameter (H2/D2) is in the range from 0.50 to 0.70. The cone crusher (1) contains the above-described bearing assembly.
EFFECT: development of a bearing assembly capable of withstanding high forces is ensured, as well as the reliable placement of sliding bearings in connection with the hydraulic system assembly.
