In this case, the method includes managing the memory allocation to the memory requesting portions of the multi-core processor by: obtaining a plurality of separated lock-free list structures; searching through the plurality of divided lock-free list structures for an accessible list item; when an available list item is found, an available memory section is allocated to the core processor for use as a dedicated storage; and dynamically balancing said available list items.
