FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to occlusive clamps, which can be used, for example, in cardiovascular surgery for mechanical isolation of the left atrial appendage (LAA) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), aimed at preventing embolic stroke, and also in other areas where clamping or occlusion of anatomical structures is required. The occlusive clamp for anatomical structures includes two clamping elements that are in the initial closed position under the action of a spring containing two spring-loaded levers connected by a jumper. The clamping elements contain channels for receiving the distal ends of the spring-loaded levers of the spring. The spring-loaded levers on the side of the distal ends contain sections having a predominantly parallel arrangement, and the clamping elements on the side of the proximal ends are configured to move along the jumper of the spring, made in the form of a guide.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure reliable and atraumatic clamping of the LAA tissue during cardiac surgery.
