SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and can be used for permanent anatomical and electrical isolation of the left atrial appendage during surgical correction of atrial fibrillation to prevent thromboembolic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation. Clamp for isolating the left atrial appendage contains two cylindrical working parts connected by two elements of information, each of which is divided into two segments with a change in the angle between them. Each reduction element is made in the form of cylindrical twisted springs, and the division of each working part into two segments with a change in the angle between them is made in the form of two hollow cylindrical pins.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure a uniform distribution of force along the length of the working parts, sufficient to isolate the left atrial appendage.
