SUBSTANCE: valve consists of a clamping elastic plate having a bulge in the form of a hemisphere or a truncated hemisphere and a peripheral portion around it by which the plate is glued to another valve member such as the outer condom shell at the location at its proximal end where the same hemisphere is made. Both hemispheres have through holes, one of which is made at the hemisphere of the outer condom from above, at the hemisphere of the elastic plate on the side. The clamping plate hemisphere, located in the hemisphere of the outer condom shell and firmly adhering to its walls, securely closes its through hole.
