SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method for producing an alkylated aromatic amide derivative represented by the formula (4) comprising the reaction of an aromatic amide derivative represented by the formula (1) and a haloalkyl compound represented by the formula Z1-Xa (3), with each other in the presence of a base and a metal salt selected from the salts of an iron metal exhibiting a valence of two, wherein in the formula (1), each X, G1, Y, and A take the values given in the invention formula; where in the formula (3) Z1 is a C1-C6-alkyl group or a C1-C4-halogenalkyl group; and Ha is an iodine atom or a bromine atom; where in the formula (4), n2 is an integer from 1 to 4; Z1 has the same definition as Z1 in the formula (3), and X, m, G1, Y, and A have the same definitions as X, m, G1, Y, and A in the formula (1), respectively. The invention relates to a method of producing a halogenated aromatic amide derivative represented by the formula (10) including the process of obtaining an alkylated aromatic amide derivative as described in the invention formula, and the process of halogenation of the obtained alkylated aromatic amide derivative in the basic conditions; where Z2, X, m, G1, G2, Q1, R1, Y1, Y2, Y3, and Z1 have the same definitions as specified in the invention formula. Also, the invention refers to the aromatic amide derivative represented by the formula (7), where X is a halogen atom, a cyano or C1-C4-alkoxygroup; m is an integer equal to 1; each of G1 and G2 isan oxygen atom; Y1 is a bromine atom, iodine atom, or a C1-C6-halogenalkyl group, each of Y2 and Y3 are a hydrogen atom, Y4 is a hydrogen atom; R1 is a C1-C6-alkyl group; Q1 is an unsubstituted phenyl group. The invention relates to an alkylated aromatic amide derivative represented by the formula (9), wherein X is a fluorine atom, a cyano group or C1-C4-alkoxy group; m is an integer equal to 1; each of G1 and G2 is an oxygen atom; Y1 is a halogen atom or a C1-C6 halogenoalkyl group; each of Y2 and Y3 is a hydrogen atom; Z1 is a C1-C4-halogenoalkyl group; R1 is a C1-C6-alkyl group; Q1 is an unsubstituted phenyl group.
