SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding the green mass, introducing a vegetable conservant, which is previously grinned, further compacting the silage mass when dispatching for storage. As a vegetable preservative, rowan berries or leaves and rowan footstalks are used in an amount of 5.0 wt % of the mass of high moisture corn.
EFFECT: use of the invention will reduce the losses of nutrients during harvesting and storage of the silage, improve the quality and nutritional value of the finished feed.
