FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserving green fodder consists in introducing preservative into ensiled mass, notably, that corn is used as green fodder, and aluminium silicate -bentonite of Youzhnoskvortsovskoye deposit of Orenbourg region is used as preservative; the said preservative is introduced at ratio of 15.0-17.5 kg per ton of fodder; the chemical composition of the preservative includes the following oxides and elements, %: 62.6 SiO2; 16.3 AI2O3; 2.17 Fe2O3; 1.5-2.0 CaO; 1.6-1.7 MgO; 1.32 K2O; 0.6-0.7 Na2O; 0.37 SO3 and more 25 of various elements, including, mg/kg: Co - 11; Mo - 0.43; Cu - 80; Zn -73; Mn - 390; Pb - 0.8; As - 0.11; Se - 10.
EFFECT: high preservation of nutrients, production of silo of high quality, increased productivity of bull-calves and improved quality of beef.
