FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: fire-protective thermal insulation panel comprises an outer layer, thermal insulation layers and an inner layer located behind it, and is characterised in that the outer layer is made with lateral sides of inorganic glass fibre plastic with outer heat-resistant hydrophobic and inner heat-resistant metal-containing coatings; the inner thermal insulation layers are made in the form of packages of microspheres, between which an interlayer of copper foil is arranged; the inner layer is made of microspheroidal glass-cloth-base laminate and connected to the lateral sides of the outer layer; the outer heat resistant hydrophobic coating comprises heat resistant silicone putty, an enamel and a sublimating hydrophobic teflon varnish; the heat-resistant metal-containing coating is represented by silicone enamel with aluminium paste. The inner layer of microspheroidal glass-cloth-base laminate is joined to the lateral sides by means of a fluorosiloxane or silicone sealant.
EFFECT: non-combustible reusable panel with high thermal insulation properties provides the temperature reduction from 1100 degrees on the outer surface up to 50 degrees on the inner surface.
