FIELD: aviation rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation-rocket technology, mainly to the structures of the nose radiotransparent fairings, which are the shelter from the aerodynamic effect of the antenna devices of the homing heads. Antenna fairing contains a ceramic sheath, a metal butt frame, a power insulating ring and a dome-shaped radio transparent heat shield located inside the sheath attached to the sheath and the ring with a heat-resistant adhesive. Screen is made of highly porous slip-fibrous material based on silica or quartz fibers, the outer surface of which is impregnated with silica-sol with filling of the pores with amorphous silicon dioxide and (or) is coated with a diffuse-reflective coating, and the inner surface is impregnated with a silicone polymer or with a layer of heat-resistant fiberglass.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the provision of high and stable PTX fairing with high-temperature heating of the outer surface of the rocket to 1,800 °C.
