FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates primarily to the constructions of the radar-transparent nosecones, which are a hiding from the aerodynamic action of the antenna systems of the homing heads (HH AS). The antenna dome contains a ceramic shell, a metal butt frame and a dome-shaped radiant heat shield, coaxially attached to the shell and the frame through the heat-insulating ring with a heat-resistant adhesive. The shield is three-layered with external layers of heat-resistant glass fiber reinforced plastic with high porosity (25-50%) based on chromalumophosphate, polyimide or silicone binders and an inner layer of heat-resistant highly porous material. The inner surface of the shield is coated with a heat-resistant waterproof coating with silicone or fluoroplastic enamel in a composition with a silicone filler. At the top of the dome of the shield there is a sleeve made of heat-resistant dielectric material.
EFFECT: ensuring high radio-technical characteristics of the dome in a wide range of frequencies during the manufacture and reliable functioning of the antenna systems of the homing heads in the flight of a rocket under aerodynamic heating conditions during up to 10-15 minutes.
