FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to assess the risk of gastrointestinal cancer, many classifiers are created in the database in accordance with the set of corresponding results of previous blood tests of many analyzed individuals. The assessmnet is carried out using the hardware risk processor for gastrointestinal cancer in the said target individual with the said combination of at least 10 different blood test characteristics using the said at least one classifier. Previous and current blood tests include the results of at least one of the following blood tests: RBC, hemoglobin (HGB), and hematocrit (HCT), and at least one of the following blood tests: analysis of hemoglobin mean content in an erythrocyte (MCH) and mean concentration of hemoglobin in an erythrocyte (MCHC). A quantitative measure of the gastrointestinal cancer risk is displayed on the client terminal.
EFFECT: high accuracy of automated calculation of the quantitative risk factor for gastrointestinal cancer based on a set of blood test results.
