SUBSTANCE: method relates to biotechnology, namely to dermatology, can be used in diagnosing the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract in various clinical forms of rosacea, including clinical examination of the patient, collection of anamnestic data and data on the assessment of activity of the urease test in the peripheral blood and the morphological examination of the gastric and intestinal mucosa for the presence of H. pylori, wherein the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract is examined by the method for PCR analysis in real time of the MCM6 polymorphism gene - lactase-phlorinhydrolase in the peripheral blood of patients, and in case of presence of C/C and C/T genotypes, functional pathology of the gastrointestinal intestinal tract is diagnosed in patients with rosacea.
EFFECT: invention can be used in diagnosing the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract in various clinical forms of rosacea.
