SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting personalized content to an electronic device is implemented in a system including: a data transmission network; a network resource server; an electronic device configured to access a network resource via the data transmission network, a personalized content server connected to the data transmission network; a method including: receiving a network resource by the server from the electronic device of user request for access to a network resource; transmitting an initiating element by the network resource server to the electronic device; transmitting an additional request for part of the personalized content by the network resource server to the personalized content server; introducing a part of the personalized content by the network resource server into a network resource for rendering the updated network resource; and transmitting an updated network resource by the network resource server to the electronic device for rendering on the screen.

EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of means for delivering personalized content to the user.
