SUBSTANCE: composite shaped piece includes a thermoplastic plastic and a fibrous composite billet. The method includes providing a thermoplastic plastic and a fibrous composite billet with a flexible fiber system made in the form of a woven structure. The distribution of thermoplastic plastic in the form of a shaping core material in a flexible, woven structured fiber system and their connection. Moreover, the flexible, woven structured fiber system in conjunction with the shaping core material has intersecting fibers that are oriented with respect to each other and have an angle of fiber that is 10° up to 90°, in particular from 30° up to 60°. Preferably, the fibers are oriented with respect to each other at a fiber angle of 45° with a range of deviations in ±5°. Woven structured fiber system forms an outer functional layer of the composite shaped piece. Wherein the thermoplastic plastic is provided in the form of a thread, and a flexible, woven structured fiber system is provided in the form of a sleeve-like, woven structured fiber system. Wherein the thermoplastic plastic in the form of shaping core material is distributed in a flexible, woven structured fiber system of the fiber composite billet, due to the fact that it is introduced into the sleeve in form of woven structured fiber system in the form of a soft thread. When the soft thread solidifies, the thermoplastic plastic in the form of an outer functional layer of composite shaped piece forms a connection with a woven structured fiber system.
EFFECT: increasing the strength and stiffness of composite piece.
