FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composite profile, a method for production and use thereof, as well as to a spring bar with a composite profile. Shell contains shell fibres which are laid along the perimeter around the core, besides, after application of the shell fibres on the core around the arranged fibres of the shell, at least one support fibre is coiled by means of the winding device for manufacture of the preformed blank of the composite profile. Core is made by continuous extrusion of foam plastic by means of at least one extruder.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher physical and mechanical properties of articles.
