FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite element, in particular to propeller blades for wind-driven power plants, a method for production thereof and a wind wheel comprising a composite element. Composite element (10) is characterized by the following configuration of layers: a) layer (11), which at least partially consists of polyethylene, b) layer (12), which at least partially consists of elastomer, c) layer (13), which at least partially consists of duroplast or thermoplastic. Layer (11) is placed directly on layer (12). Layer (12) is placed directly on layer (13). Between layers (12) and (13) there is textile article (14) of flat shape with rovings (15, 16, 17), so that part of rovings (15) is at least partially completely embedded in layer (12), part of rovings (16) is at least partially completely embedded in layer (13), and part of rovings (17) is at least partially embedded in layer (12) and partially in layer (13). Composite element is obtained by applying coating on layer (11) from reaction mixture to obtain elastomer, then laying on applied coating of textile article of flat shape, vulcanisation of layer (12) containing elastomer. Then, layer (12) is coated with a coating from a reaction mixture to obtain a duroplastic or thermoplastic followed by curing.

EFFECT: invention provides the obtained composite element with high wear resistance and resistance to abrasion at short time and low temperatures during its production and high durability.
