SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multi-layered restoration construction element having a central part of a heat-insulating material and surface panels covering it on both sides, the surface panels having a tongue at one longitudinal edge and a groove at the opposite edge. The multi-layered restoration construction element (2) has a central part (2c) of a heat-insulating material and surface panels (2a, 2b) covering it from both sides. The surface panels have a tongue (5) on one longitudinal edge and a groove (4) on the opposite longitudinal edge. Wherein at least one opening (7) covered with a water-permeable membrane material (6) is formed in the inner surface panel of the restoration construction element. In the heat-insulating material of the central part (2c) of the restoration construction element (2), at least one ventilation duct (9) is formed, which opens directly or through a separate connecting channel into the outer air space. The heat-insulating material allows moisture to be transferred between said at least one opening (7) and the ventilation duct (9).
EFFECT: creating a reliable restoration element for the restoration of old buildings, especially the facades of office buildings, this element providing good heat insulation and fit tightness and simultaneously ensuring good ventilation.
