FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a structure for renovating an outer shell of a building in order to heat-insulate an old facade of a building with provision for ventilation providing drying of an old structure. Structure for renovation of building outer shell contains heat-insulating elements fixed at distance forming ventilation gap from external surface of external wall. Ventilation gap between inner surface of heat-insulating element and outer wall is configured to open into outside air through at least one ventilation opening in lower edge and upper edge of heat-insulating element, allowing moisture to escape from the outer wall through the ventilation gap and the ventilation openings, wherein the ventilation openings are made so that to close when the moisture content in the outer wall reaches the required level of moisture content. Heat-insulating element has a core of mineral wool and covering it on both sides of surface panels, wherein surface panels have a tongue on one longitudinal edge and a groove on the opposite longitudinal edge. In internal surface panel of heat-insulating element at least one opening is formed. In mineral core of core of heat-insulating element there is at least one ventilation channel opening into external air directly or through separate connecting channel, wherein mineral wool allows moisture to pass between said at least one opening and a ventilation channel.
EFFECT: disclosed is a structure for renovating an outer shell of a building.
