FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat insulating element fabricated out of thermo-resistant material, preferably out of mineral cotton and, in particular out of mineral cotton "rockwool"; also heat insulating element (1, 1a) can be inserted into opening of wall, ceiling or covering or similar structure and has at least one opening along linear axis passing through the heat insulating element. At least one tubular cover (3, 3a, 3c) is installed into the opening; this cover is fabricated out of heat resistant fiber material in form of winding, preferably out of mineral cotton and, particularly out of mineral cotton "rockwool", wherein a hot pipe is inserted; notably, fibers of this tubular cover are in essence of two-dimensional orientation in the direction along circumference of the cover.
EFFECT: development of insulating element with upgraded heat-resistant properties.
