SUBSTANCE: grinding mill contains the electric motor and the grinding system, besides, the rotor of the engine is made conical with the possibility to replace the grinding bowl. The internal surface of the hollow and perforated rotor is made with spokes. The charging pipe with the rib-blades is provided in the upper part of the rotor to create the air stream towards the interior of the rotor. The outer surface of each of the spoke is covered with nano-shaped glass-like film of tantalum oxide with high degree of smoothness and the rib-blades outer surfaces curvature is made along the cycloid line as the brachistichrone.
