FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass exchange devices of rotor structure and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, gas, gas processing and other industries for gas treatment with liquid. Technical result is achieved due to that gas treatment apparatus comprises a housing with gas and liquid inlet and outlet nozzles, inside which a filter drum is installed on the shaft, made in the form of radially arranged metal plates, each of which is coated with a porous film, and the housing of apparatus at 0.3–0.35 volume is filled with absorbing liquid and has drop-drop catchers installed on the same level with the axis of the shaft, wherein the gas inlet fitting has the shape of a convergent nozzle, on the inner surface of which there are curvilinear grooves longitudinally located from the inlet to the outlet of the convergent nozzle, besides, the outer surface of the filtering drum shaft is made with a nanomaterial coating in form of a glass-like film, wherein the drop catcher is made in the form of a hemisphere with the central axis shifting towards the inner side surface of the housing, in addition, at the base of the hemisphere there is a chute-like collector of drop-shaped absorbing liquid connected to the vertical channel of its drainage into the bottom of the housing; at that, the curvature of the groove-shaped collector of drop-shaped absorbing liquid is made along the cycloid line as brachistochrone.
EFFECT: providing preset quality of gas cleaning.
