SUBSTANCE: device comprises a signal generator, a microcontroller, a luxmeter, a voltage meter, a power module and an indication module. The luxmeter output is connected with the first input of the analogue-to-digital converter of the microcontroller, the output of the voltage meter is connected to the second input of the analogue-to-digital converter of the microcontroller, the microcontroller output is connected to the input of the indication module, the power module output is connected to the power input of the microcontroller, the output of the signal generator is connected to the thin-filmed electroluminescent indicator and to the input of the voltage meter.

EFFECT: providing possibility to determine the threshold voltage and create volt-luminance characteristic in an automated mode.
