FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes stages, at which a linearly growing digital sequence is generated, converted into a test controlled analogue signal with the specified amplitude and a linear growing frequency in the specified range of frequencies, the test signal is sent via a piezoconverter, parametres of its response (current and voltage) are measured, by the values of which and in accordance with the specified algorithm the amplitude-frequency characteristic is identified, as well as frequencies of mechanical and electromechanical resonances, piezoconverter impedance at these frequencies. The parametre metre includes a device of direct digital synthesis connected via a power amplifier and via a metering shut connected in series with the piezoconverter to a tested piezoconverter. Analogue-to-digital converters (ADC) are connected by their outputs via a communication interface with a PC, and the input of the ADC via a voltage divider is connected to the output of the power amplifier. A digital signalling processor (DSP) with a data bus is connected to a direct digital synthesis device (DDSD) and ADC outputs, and the ADC input is connected to the piezoconverter and to the metering shunt. The first, second and third outputs of the DSP are connected accordingly to the control inputs of the ADC and the DDSD.
EFFECT: measurement of parametres in automatic mode, higher accuracy and reliability of measurements.
