The network node (210) and the wireless device (250) operate in a wireless communication network (200). The network node (210) sends the first synchronization signal in N OFDM symbols within the subframe at least once in a certain time-frequency position in each of the N OFDM symbols, where N is greater than or equal to 2. For each sending of the first synchronization signal, the network node (210) sends the associated information message at a predetermined time-frequency position in the OFDM symbol. The predetermined time-frequency position is set relative to the time-frequency position of the first synchronization signal. The associated information message is associated with the first synchronization signal.
