FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and more specifically to systems and methods for transmitting a signal. In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to perform transmission of one or more synchronization signals using a base carrier with a first frequency location and transmitting the system information block using the non-carrier carrier with the second frequency location, which is different from the first frequency location.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the amount of available resources on the anchor carrier, reducing the reception delay of control information and/or downlink data when transmitting to the anchor carrier, transmitting synchronization signals and public signals in the NB-IoT system.
